🐈‍⬛ I'm wearing a gray top today. Just saying lol. I had a lot of food cravings, more mood swings and paranoia a week before and during my monthly period. This is hard because we're apart🥺 but I literally just need physical touch and 🍫🍩🥨. Our cat left maybe she's in heat. So I hug lucio, cry (literally) then play katy perry's thinking of you as I'm in a mv. I think healing is never finished. You just turned into a different person after all the negative things you've been through. I get along with people in my life but sometimes I feel tired because I'm on one of alter egos with them instead of showing up as a my full self. Sometimes an unpleasant memory with my mom pops up I try to shift mind to the happiest days of my life but I feel defeated. I forgive but I'm having a hard time forgetting. I also noticed that with my exes. Two of my exes are like boomerang in my life. We literally got back together many times but trust is already broken. I'm at peace in a way that ik I did my part but I can't afford to trust them again. They both had their reasons of why they did what they did but idk maybe you just can't force feelings. And trust is very fragile. I think it's going to work out with efforts tho. I fall for efforts (I appreciate every little thing that is done for me) but those were both LDRs so yah. It's really hard. I have forgiven my mom and my uncle but I don't think I can be my sweetest version of myself with them again. I used to give handmade greeting cards, flowers, her favorite food to my mom every special occasions even halloween lol. But she's not sentimental at all. She's very practical and logical she doesn't appreciate those things. I felt rejected. Idk tho if I'll get better in the future. After rehab, my mom is making an effort to have regular afternoon coffee with me and ask me about my day. I remember this one time I had the guts to tell everything she made me feel when I was younger. My auntie told me she didn't eat for a whole day and just cry inside a room then bought me a life size teddy bear. That's when I understood that she's just broken too. We don't have affordable healthcare in this country either (or even quality healthcare). Most these things you mention are systemic problems in America and it seems you haven't thought deeply enough about them.. that people might have a problem with these things on principle not because they're cheap, but because the corruption within the system is so distasteful. Just because most people are complacent and do nothing to change things but instead go along with the corruption does not make it okay. Maybe some would rather die than be a part of something they understand as completely corrupt. That should be a wake up call. But of course, most have Stockholm syndrome and blame the wrong people... Blame sick people or the customer.. Don't blame the hospital administrators, the employers, the insurance companies, etc for being so greedy and exploiting everyone.

I used to think tipping a lot was great.. how kind it is to be "generous", but I don't like tipping culture in America anymore.. I think employers should pay their workers enough to live well on and tipping gives them an excuse to pay people slave wages.. Though I just cook at home now almost all the time and avoid even eating out usually in order to avoid it. So I guess everyone is just losing my business, because the employers are the cheap ones who want slaves for employees and continue to get away with it because of our glorious tipping culture and people seeing it as a kind and good thing. Americans are so gullible and naive.

Idk if that's emotional intelligence or whatever. This relationship is the most different and weird I've had but one thing I find beautiful is the way you always find ways to work things out.
